David and I decided to head down to Vegas this year for New Years. There were so so many people! The strip was closed and it was wall to wall people. I love people watching and I saw so many things! There was a drunk man that could only walk with the assistance of his friends, (well I think everyone was drunk there), there were Jesus people holding their signs telling everyone where they were going if they didn't repent, there were fights, there were many women wearing a little less than a patch of fabric, (I must have looked like a polygamist to many down there because of my fully clothed body), there were old people, people with new born babies right there on the strip, and pretty much everything imaginable, I saw. The traffic was terrible getting there but very reasonable after the new year. We went to PF Chang for dinner then took the monorail into the thick of it. We just wandered the strip just checking it all out. It was really fun. We rang in the new year with about tens of thousands of people surrounding us. The fireworks were incredible. They were going off almost on top of every hotel on the strip. It was very pretty and loud! It was a lot of fun!
